Tilt Trays
The Bailey’s Body Builders tilt trays range from 8 ton rigid to 36 ton semi, including remote controls, twist locks and an under body hoist systems.
Our tilt trays are well known in the transport industry for the movement of transportable accommodation containers and machinery.
All hydraulic componentry is of the highest quality and imported from Italy. All tilt trays are blasted, primed and painted to a high standard in two pack paint to your required colours.
Grain Tippers
The Bailey’s Body Builders bulk tipper range can be expertly crafted to suit most requirements of type and size. A design plan can be made for various types of prime movers and will comply with local authority regulations regarding road train and axle spreads.
Our unique tail door air lock design provides a safer method of opening the tail gate. This has been approved by the CBH. All grain tippers are blasted, primed and painted to a high standard in two pack paint to your required colours.
Flat Tops
The Bailey’s Body Builders flat top range can be built to a light or heavy duty design and to any length with road train rating. The drop deck range can be fitted with hydraulic brake back ramps up to 4.3 metres long. Gates, tool boxes and wheel racks can also be fitted to your specifications.
All wiring is in conduits to match dangerous goods transportation ratings. Each flat top trailer is blasted, primed and painted to a high standard in two pack paint to your required colours.
Tandem & Tri-Axle Dollies
The Bailey’s Body Builders road train tandem and tri-axle dollies are of a heavy duty design with a light tare weight. This allows the dolly to be used on any road conditions.
Our dollies can be fitted with a ball race, draw bar or pull up bars and all wiring is in conduit to meet dangerous goods transportation ratings. We have rubber, plastic or stainless steel mudguards available. All Dollies are blasted, primed and painted to a high standard in two pack paint to your required colours.
